Refund Policy

Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around. We can accept size exchanges within 30 days to make sure you get the perfect fit. 

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive (eg. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks) we will not be able to exchange or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your return, please let us know via email, and the team will provide you with a unique returns reference. Failing to include a note with your unique returns reference inside your return package will result in long delays and may even mean that your package is not identified at all. 

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to contact the team at hello@portmanstreet.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to refund or exchange.
